MISL ERP - Replace Ribbon on Zebra ZT230 Printer

To replace the ribbon on a Zebra ZT230 printer, follow these steps:

1. Turn off the printer and unplug it.
2. Locate the ribbon take-up spindle, which is located inside the printer and can be accessed by opening the print head.
3. Loosen the ribbon take-up spindle by rotating it counterclockwise.
4. Remove any remaining ribbon from the spindle and dispose of it properly.
5. Install the new ribbon, making sure it is loaded onto the spindle with the ink side facing out.
6. Tighten the ribbon take-up spindle by rotating it clockwise until it stops.
7. Close the print head and plug in the printer.
8. Turn the printer on and check for proper ribbon tension and alignment.
