To clear the printer spooler on Windows Server, you can follow these steps:

Stop the Print Spooler service:

a. Open the Services console by typing "services.msc" into the Run dialog or the search box on the taskbar.

b. Locate the "Print Spooler" service and right-click it.

c. Select "Stop" from the context menu.

Clear the print queue:

a. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the following directory: C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS

b. Delete all the files in the PRINTERS folder. If any files are in use, you may need to stop the Print Spooler service again and then delete the files.

*MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN CORRECT PATH. DELETING OTHER FILES MAY CAUSE PERMENENT, UNRECOVERABLE SYSTEM FAILURE.

Start the Print Spooler service:

a. Go back to the Services console and right-click the "Print Spooler" service.

b. Select "Start" from the context menu.

After following these steps, the printer spooler on your Windows Server should be cleared, and you can try printing your documents again.
