Job Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose & repair laptops, desktops, hardware faults 
• Install, configure & maintain OS and software 
• Configure LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches & internet 
• Provide ERP day-to-day end-user support 
• Handle fingerprint machine & CCTV installations 
• Log, track & manage support tickets internally 
• Perform data backup, virus removal, security updates 
• Troubleshoot printers, scanners & peripherals 
• User account management & access control 
• Conduct user training & create documentation 
• Coordinate with vendors & service providers 
• Maintain IT asset inventory & hardware records 
• Support email setup, software & system access 
• Prepare technical reports & service docs

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, CS, or Business Info Systems 
• Higher Diploma in IT/Networking/Hardware 
• ITIL, CompTIA A+ certification (added advantage) 
• Accounting-related qualification (added advantage) 

ERP Systems

• SAP B1, MS Dynamics NAV/365 
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365 
• IT ticketing, Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk 

Technical & Soft Skills

• Networking concepts, LAN & server environments 
• Fingerprint attendance systems & related software 
• Antivirus & security tools familiarity 
• Linux hands-on experience (advantage) 
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
