Technical Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Trainee System & Business Analyst
This Trainee position is a combination of System and business analytic skills to identify the various system and business requirements of our clients and to facilitate the communication between clients and the development team. This is a great opportunity to learn about business process improvements, requirement gathering, and data analysis in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Gather and document technical and functional requirements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Support data analysis and reporting
- Help with user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Troubleshoot system issues
- Assist the marketing team in realizing the customer requirements
- Map current business processes and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
- Basic understanding of business processes or IT
- A degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant field
- Should be a good team player
- Understanding Digital marketing activities & tools, & having creative design skills will be a plus
The trainee period will last for one year, with outstanding performances being considered for promotion at any time during this period, as necessary

Trainee QA & Automation Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- 📝 Assist in the development and execution of manual and automated test plans.
- 🚀 Learn and apply automated testing frameworks (e.g., GitHub Actions, Selenium, JUnit).
- 🖥️ Write, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts under guidance.
- ⚙️ Support the implementation of development automation tools and processes.
- 🐞 Collaborate with developers to identify, report, and help resolve software defects.
- ✅ Ensure that software functionality aligns with specified requirements and meets user expectations.
- 🔄 Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting new tools, techniques, or processes.

- Diagnose repair and replace damaged components issues on various Hardware devices.
- Conducting Site Visit and identify Customer Issues

- Follow safety protocols and ensure quality repairs.
