We are looking for a motivated individual with a solid accounting background to join our team as an ERP Support & Training Assistant. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles and will be responsible for training and supporting our customers on ERP modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, etc.


πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities

  • Train clients on how to use ERP modules (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, etc.)
  • Understand client business processes & explain how ERP modules can be used effectively
  • Provide after-training support, resolve client queries, and coordinate with the development team when necessary
  • Assist with ERP software implementation at client sites or remotely
  • Prepare training materials, user guides, and conduct online or onsite training sessions
  • Test ERP modules and report feedback for improvements


βœ… Requirements

  • AAT passed finalist / Part-qualified CA, CMA, or similar recognized accounting qualification
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and business processes
  • Prior experience in ERP software or accounting software is a plus
  • Good communication & presentation skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil an advantage)
  • Able and willing to travel for onsite training sessions when required
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, email, basic troubleshooting)
