Accounts & HR Assistant

Location: [Gampaha, Sri Lanka]
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, tax filings, and maintaining records.
• Assist with management reports, financial summaries, and documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government authorities as required.
• Support HR administration and maintain HR documentation.
📍Job Requirements:
• Qualifications: AAT (Qualified ) OR CA/ACCA (Part Qualified) OR Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year hands-on experience. Previous experience working in an audit firm, particularly in taxation, is highly advantageous.
• Language & Tools: Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and QuickBooks. Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage. Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external parties.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a solid ERP background to join our team as an Associate ERP Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate should responsible for training and supporting our customers on ERP modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, etc.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅Train clients on how to use ERP modules (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, etc.)
✅Understand client business processes &explain how ERP modules can be used effectively.
✅Provide after-training support, resolve client queries, and coordinate with the relevant departments when necessary.
✅Assist with ERP software implementation at client sites or remotely.
✅Prepare training materials, user guides, and conduct online or onsite training sessions.
✅Test ERP modules and report feedback for improvements.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
✅Undergraduate, graduate, or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Management or MIS.
✅Strong knowledge of business processes.
✅Prior experience in Functional and technical Implementation.
✅Good communication & presentation skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil an advantage).
✅Able and willing to travel for onsite training sessions when required.

- 3D modelling and detailing of structural steel and architectural metalwork using Tekla Structures.
- Reviewing engineering and architectural drawings and specifications.
- Collaborating as part of a extended Design Team.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess
- Minimum 3 years of steel detailing experience using Tekla Structures.
- Experience in structural steel and miscellaneous metalwork.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings and specifications.
- Working knowledge of relevant standards for steel detailing.
